Soak the rice for min 1 hour.

Chopped tomato and potato in small cube, take 1 tsp oil in pan add jeera wait for crackle it, add chopped potato and frozen peas saute for 5-8 minutes, add tomato.

Boiled the rice with triple the quantity of water separately add 1 tsp oil and little bit salt, cooked 80%. Strain the rice let them cool.

Add boiled rice in veggies add mentioned spice mix gently..

Fry kaju in ghee, add in rice Serve hot
