Wash & grate cauliflower and give one boil in hot water. Drain water, keep aside to cool. Now take bowl add all veg.

Now add wheat flour, cumin, carom seeds, ginger garlic paste, grated cheese, red chilli powder & salt.

Now knead tight dough for paratha without adding water(if it is loose then add little wheat flour to form tight dough). Cover & keep aside for 10 min.

Now divide dough into 4 equal parts. Take one ball & roll into thick chapati & cut into small paratha or desired shape. Repeat same with remaining dough.

Heat ghee in tawa place paratha & fry from both sides till golden brown. Grate cheese on paratha. Serve with curd & relish.
