Steps

Firstly clean cauliflower in warm water with lil salt in it.

Now grind onion, garlic and ginger.

Make tomato puree.

Now heat a pan and add oil in it,when the oil heats up add slit green chillies fry them and keep aside.

Now add cumin seeds in the oil and then add onion paste fry for a while and add above-mentioned powdered masale and fry.

Now add tomato puree and salt stir well then add cream fry till the oil separates from the spices.

Now in this stage add cauliflower give a nice mix,add a cup of water and garam masala and cover for 10 mins.

Open garnish with green coriander and slit fried chillies yummy and bhi tasty mughlai gobhi is ready,
