Scrambled egg bread pie

Flat the bread using rolling pin, and use a cup to cut it round shape.

Break eggs add onion, carrots green pepper,seasoning and curry, whisk and heat a frying pan,pour the egg mixture to the pan, and be stirring, to get a soft firm consistency.

Spread some margarine on one side of the bread,then the scrambled egg and use another slice to cover
- 4
Spread margarine on the outer side of the bread, and toast using whatever you have.
