The best brunch meal & prepared with only few ingredients a very healthy & rich meal for the day ...! It’s from American cuisines as it’s light & satisfying food for everyone...!

Take potato wash & clean it then grate it with thinner side or the thicker side I used thin side as it cooks very instantly now squeeze all the water if needed can sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon cornflour to bind it

Take a nonstick tawa drizzle some olive oil now set the grated potatoes on a pan let it cook for 3-4 minutes while the sides seems golden brown flip to other side again let it cook till golden brown

While both sides are cooked well remove it now add some more oil & crack an egg let it fry then sprinkle salt & black pepper powder while done both sides set it on potato hash browns garnish it with coriander leaves & enjoy it...!

Tip of the day:- we can also prepare with thickly grated potatoes & if any non vegetarian frndz can skip egg & enjoy it as it is looks delicious with tomato ketchup...!
