  • 1bay leaves
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2 pinchyellow colour
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 cupyogurt
  • 1 tspwhole mix garam masala

  1. 1

    Ek sauce pan mein meat, salt and 2 cup water dal ke pakayen,

  2. 2

    Jab meat half Pak Jaye to stove bund kardien,

  3. 3

    Phr ek dusra pateela lien ghee garam Karen, phr is Mein ginger garlic paste, whole mix garam masala, bay leaves, gosht mein Shamil karte itna pakayen, ke gosht poora pak Jaye aur 2.5 cup yakhni reh jaye,

    Is ke baad half yakhni nikalien,

  5. 5

    Phr gosht mein yogurt dal. Ke mix karlien,

  6. 6

    Rice Mein salt dal ke boil karlien, aur ek kani chor ke Pani nikal lien,

  7. 7

    Ab masala mein rice shamil kardein, phr yellow colour water mein mix karte dalien, aur baqi bachi hui yakhni garam karte dal dien,

  8. 8

    Phr high heat pe pakayen aur dum pe rakhdien 5 min ke lie

  9. 9

    Phr raite ke sath serve kije
