I used store bought (Bertoli) Alfredo but can definitely use homemade. I also used bowtie pasta but most any pasta will work based on preference.

Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. 1 lbchicken breast- small/medium dice
  3. 1 tsptable salt
  4. 2 tspdried basil
  5. 2 tspred pepper flakes
  6. 2 tspblack pepper
  7. 2 tsporegano
  8. .25 cupwhite wine vinegar
  9. .25 cupolive oil
  10. 1 jarAlredo- 15 oz
  11. 30 ozwater
  12. Pasta
  13. 3 quartswater
  14. 1 TBStable salt
  15. 1 boxbowtie pasta

Cooking Instructions

    In a medium/large bowl place chicken through olive oil. Mix these together and set aside.

    In a 5/6 quart pot bring water and salt to boil.

    Heat a large skillet on med-high heat. Add chicken. Cook until mostly done.

    Add Alfredo and water to chicken. Bring to boil then cover and turn temp down. Simmer until thickened and chicken is cooked through.

    Meanwhile, when water for pasta comes to boil add pasta and cook for about 12 min or as the direction say on box.

    Drain pasta when finished.

    Can mix the pasta in sauce or put sauce over pasta when serving.
