Suji ki mathri
Steps

Take one vessel. Add semolina and all-purpose flour mix well. Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and oil. Mix them all.

Now add water in small small portion to make soft dough. Beacuse semolina becomes harder after few minute

Once dough done. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.Than make small balls from dough.

Take frying Pan. Add oil keep it on medium heat. Roll balls in puri shape. Keep it quite thick.

When oil halfly heated. Add rolled puri till it turns golden brown. It take 7 to 8 minutes to fry puri.

When puri fried drain it on seive. So, extra oil exist.
Suji ki mathri is ready to serve
