Steps

Boiled matki and potato for 4 whistle.
Take kadai and heat oil in it.
Add jeera,curry leaves and asafoetida to it.
Add onion puree and saute till it becomes golden brown in color.
Then add tomato puree to it.
Saute till rawness goes out of it. - 2
Then add all above-mentioned ingredients to it except coriander with little water to it.
Make it a thick gravy.
Then add boiled matki and mashed potatoes to it.
Finally add 4 glasses of water and let it cook on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
Off the gas garnish it with coriander leaves. - 3
Take a bowl pour matki in it.
Serve it with lemon pieces,onion pieces,pav and farsan.
And enjoy this mouthwatering Maharashtrian breakfast.
