Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  • 8 to 10Leftover chapatis (refrigerated overnight)
  • 1 cupGrated Jaggery
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  • 2 tbspGhee melted
  • 2 tspMilk
  • as requiredChocolate sauce to garnish

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Fist, powder the chapattis to a coarse powder in a blender.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a pan, add the powder and roast well. Then sprinkle milk and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add the jaggery and cardamom powders and keep stirring on low flame till jaggery starts melting.

  4. 4

    Then switch off flame and keep stirring for one minute more. Then roll into laddoos while still hot by greasing palms with ghee or milk. Place on a serving plate.

  5. 5

    Serve warm with chocolate sauce drizzled on top. Enjoy.
