Soak rice for 1-hour boil soya till soft.

Take a pan or cooker add oil jeera bay leaves & garlic (I use fresh garlic) roast it well.

Add soya chunks & other all spices roast well now add curd & chopped palak.

At last we add rice & water gave it two whistle leave it rest its ready to eat.

Garnish it with fry cashewnut.
