Mesub are sweet egg slices which is a famous Pakistani Mithaai (sweet). The striking feature of it is that, all ingredients used in it are taken in same quantity which reflects its easiness. You can preserve it for long and its a unique sweet version of an egg.

Mesub are sweet egg slices which is a famous Pakistani Mithaai (sweet). The striking feature of it is that, all ingredients used in it are taken in same quantity which reflects its easiness. You can preserve it for long and its a unique sweet version of an egg.
Steps

Arrange together all ingredients. And slice up almonds and pistachio.

Put all these ingredient together in a bowl except cardimom powder, almond and pistachio.

Take a whisk & beat all these ingredients together

Take this better in a wok and cook it on a medium flame, with continous stirring with a help of a spatula.

Add ilaaichi powder after 10min and continue stirring with spartula till it becomes granular and light brown.

Take it out in a dish, set it and make cut marks over it. Sprinkle pistachio and almonds over it and press them. let it stay over room tempreture till it becomes cool. Then refrgerate it for an hour.

Slice them and serve.
