Ingredients

  1. 100 gmswhole moong sprouts(you can take mix sprouts)
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1cucumber
  5. 1pomegranate
  6. 1/2 cup sweetcorn
  7. as requiredPaneer cubes
  8. as tasteSalt
  9. Pinchblack salt
  10. as tasteBlack pepper
  11. 1lemon juice
  12. 1 tspimli gud chutney
  13. As per taste Chat masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly soak moong dal overnight and strain water in the morning and let it hang in the cotton cloth for 1-2 days..your sprouted moong is ready

  2. 2

    Now chop onion,tomato, cucumber and paneer..take anar..and boiled sweet corns

  3. 3

    Now take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well

  4. 4

    Now add all spices and chutney..add chat masala

  5. 5

    And serve with papad and enjoy..
