1 pinchsalt
4 cupswhole milk
2/3 cupheavy cream (about 150 grams)
1 teaspooncinnamon

In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and salt, and bring to a boil, stirring with a wooden spoon. Remove from heat and let it cool for about 20 minutes.

In a blender, combine the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, brandy, and finally the milk. Blend well until everything is combined. Serve with a little cinnamon on top or anything else you like, such as chocolate shavings or nutmeg.
