Steps

Chop Fenugreek leaves.mix green chilly and ginger paste.add sugar and salt.mix well

Mixture will leave water add gram flour, wheat flour and semolina to it. don't add water.add Red chilly powder, turmeric powder mix well.make semi soft dough.

Rest dough for 15 minutes.make oval shape muthiya and deep fry till golden brown.allow it to cool and serve. Muthiya is main ingredient of undiyo Gujarati delicacy.otherwise also you can use this as dry snacks.its shelf life is 15 days.
