  • Chicken
  • Flour
  • Cornflour
  • Seasoning
  • Strong spices mix
  • Eggs
  • Oil (for frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken, wash and drain

  2. 2

    Mix flour, cornflour, seasoning and spices mixture together; set aside

    Break eggs and whisk

  4. 4

    Dip chicken in egg

    Coat in flour mixture

  6. 6

    Place the coated chicken on a tray/rack

    Repeat procedure with the remaining chicken

  8. 8

    Allow to rest for atleast 10mins

    Place oil in a pot and deep fry coated chicken over a medium-high heat
