Ingredients

15 minutes
5 peoples
  • 7eggs
  • 3medium onions
  • 2big tomatoes
  • 5green chilies
  • 1 sachetmeat masala
  • 1 tsp seasonings masala
  • 3 tspCoriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take pan put 4 spoon oil put finely chopped onions saute for 5 minutes then add chopped tomatoes and add seasonings masala and saute for 7 minutes 'and add meat masala and cover vth lid till it gets cooked.

  2. 2

    Add eggs and stir well and cook well cover it for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Garnish with green coriander and at top puthot melted 2 spoon butter

  4. 4

    And here's your egg burgi readyto be eaten vth bread,roti or any way.
