Steps

Take besan in a bowl add 1 spoon of melted ghee mix well with help of fingers as shown in the picture.

Add one more spoon of melted ghee in besan mix again. Then sieve once.

Put sugar and water make thick syrup.

When sugar syrup is ready add sifted besan in sugar syrup to 3 ratio.mix well till no lumps.

Check sugar syrup before adding besan. Add sifted besan lil by lil cook on very low flame.

Add cardamom powder in it mix well now add hot melted ghee (ghee should be very hot)

Add ghee lil by lil by till mixture turn light golden. Greas a tin with ghee. Pour the mixture into tin sprinkle some nuts of your choice. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes cut it into square pieces. Serve at least after an hour till Maysor paak set completely.
