Cooking Instructions

Grate the carrot and slice the onion.

In a bowl break and beat the eggs, add in the grated carrot and onion.

Add in salt and spices.
- 4
In a frying pan, heat a little oil, pour in the egg mixture and spread it nicely, let it cook for 2min under cover then flip the other side for another 2min.
- 5
Remove and serve.
