  • 1 1/4 cupAll-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cupcocoa powder
  • 1/2 cupButter
  • 2/3 cupcaster sugar
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 2 tspcornflour
  • as requiredVanilla extract
  • as requiredChocochips
  • as requiredMilk

    First cream butter and sugar

    Sieve all dry ingredients

    Add dry mixture in cream butter sugar mixture

    Add vanilla essence and chocochips

    Make a dough with the help of milk(2tsp)

    Cover and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour

  7. 7

    Make cookies With scoops

    Garnish with chocochips or dry fruits

    Preheat oven @160° or Kadhai

  10. 10

    Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes @160° and in Kadhai 20 minutes
