1/2 kgBoiled Potatoes
1/2 tspWhite Pepper Powder
1/2 tspBlack Pepper Powder
1 tbsChicken powder
1/2 tspor to taste Salt
3-4 tbsCornflour
Cooking Oil for frying

Firstly gather all ingredients.

In a Chopper add bread slices, chop it well and keep it aside.

Boil potatoes. In a bowl grate potatoes with the help of garter

Now add grinded bread, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, chicken powder, salt, cornflour and mix until well combined.

Grease hands with oil. Take a mixture and make a dough.

Take a small dough, make a round ball then flat it. Give it a round shape with help of cutter or circle shape. Make eyes with the help of straw and smile with the help of spoon (makes 19-20). Refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Now put oil in wok and heat it. Fry potato smileys on medium flame until golden brown. Now serve it with ketchup.
