4medium potatoes
3eggs
1onion
4-5green chillies
1 bunchCorriander
Salt to taste
1/2 tspgaram masala
1 tspcurry powder
1 tspgarlic n ginger paste
1 tbspgram flour

Wash n put the potatoes n eggs to boil.Peel the potatoes.

Grate them n peel the eggs n grate them

Keep all the ingredients together. Take a big basin n mix all the ingredients together.

Fold them in any shape.Beat an egg separately n coat n deep fry on moderate heat.

Enjoy with coconut/tomato chutney & cold/hot drink
