Methi Thepla
Steps

Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take wheat flour Also add Salt, Red chili powder, turmeric,sesame seeds, carom seeds.Add Garlic and chilli paste.

Add 1/4 Cup oil and mix it well.Add 1 cupFenugreek leaves and 1/4 cup yoghurt and mix all together well.Add water little by little and make soft dough.

Add 2 tsp of oil and knead the dough for 5 more minutes and rest for 10 min.Now pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.Also dust with some wheat flour when needed.

Roll it in a thin circle like chapathi or parathaNow on a hot tawa place the rolled thepla and cook for a minute.When the base is partly cooked, flip the methi thepla also brush oil / ghee and press slightly.

Cook both side wellFinally serve methi thepla with raita and pickle.
