Take apple, peel skin and grate it.
Now take a nonstick pan to add grated apple, add ghee and saute at medium flame. Water will start releasing don't worry keep cooking till water evaporates, then turn off the flame and let it cool down completely. - 2
Now take another pan add milk and saffron threads mix well.
Stir and boil at medium flame.
Now add condensed milk and stir well.
Cook for 10 minutes till milk thickens. - 3
Now turn off the flame and add cardamom powder and stir well and let it cool down completely.
Once the milk is cool down add a cooked apple in it and mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. - 4
Serve chill with almond and cashew flakes at top.
