Cooking Instructions

Boil the duck separately since it takes long to cook. Remove excess soup and set aside

Add in the onions and cook. Stir constantly. Duck has a lot of oil so I don't add any

Add garlic and carrots and fry for two minutes

Add tomatoes and cook till they're tender
- 5
Add about a quarter cup of the soup you had set aside or water if it had fried. Allow to simmer for two minutes. Serve hot with ugali
