Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit. Dice the onion and coat with the oil. Season the chops put into pan. Add onion all around the chops. Add some of the duck sauce to the tops of the chops and spread.

Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in oven till done. I cut the granddaughters chops up. Add some of the juices in pan to tops of chops. Chop green onion on top for garnish. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
