So I make this sabzi very often during winters, there are so many recipes of methi sabzi, this is my version of methi sabzi, simple and easy. And a quick one indeed. 😊

So I make this sabzi very often during winters, there are so many recipes of methi sabzi, this is my version of methi sabzi, simple and easy. And a quick one indeed. 😊
Steps

First, pluck methi leaves, remove the extra stick, wash nicely and then chop and keep it aside also chop onion and garlic and keep it ready.

Now in a kadhai, heat mustard oil, put cumin seeds, green chillies and garlic, then add onion and saute on medium high flame until it turns golden.

Now add chopped methi (fenugreek leaves), add salt, cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add turmeric powder mix, then add wheat flour, mix well, add 1 cup of water, mix, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.

Once it is cooked nicely, add cream/ malai, 1/4 tsp sugar, mix well and cook for a minute, turn off the gas, serve hot with chapatis😊
