Heat the pan add 3 tbsp ghee when the ghee is melted, add cashew nuts and almonds fry it for 1 minute and remove it when it turns into golden color and keep it aside.

In that same ghee, pan adds the grated sweet pumpkin.

Stir well and fry it for 10 minutes.

Now add milk and mix it well.

Add sugar saute it for 10-15 minutes after that add 2 tbsp ghee.

Add crushed cardamom to keep on stirring and cooking when the ghee starts to leave the sides of halwa. It will take 10-15 minutes on a low flame. Finally, add cashew nuts and almonds. Turn off the flame.

Now the Halwa is ready to serve the sweet pumpkin halwa warm or cold.
