Fried ice cream

This recipe is inspired by leave session of FB went live in past month by chef Keshav lal Prasad . The young man had conveyed the recipe in detail & it was simply fantastic. I am a die hard ice cream lover I never had fried ice cream I tried it for the first time following his procedure it turned out deliciously awesome I topped it in my style with my homemade tutti frutti & fresh cream. Was also inspired by my fellow author zaineb Hossain as I was scared to try if it might pop & ice cream may melt while frying .but this was superb thanks guys for a great recipe I enjoy it..!

Fried ice cream

Take a generous amount of ice cream scoop freeze it until it’s hard like rock then coat with breadcrumbs then freeze for around 2 hours.

Then prepare a cornflour thick slurry with sugar & some water further when we remove it will do the second coating of cornflour slurry & breadcrumbs again pop it in the freezer for around 30 minutes.

Preheat oil in Kadhai it must be very hot as we only need to fry till it’s slightly golden all over just remove in 20 seconds don’t fry more than that the ice cream may melt.

Garnish it with any topping of your choice I have used fresh cream & tutti frutti & serve it immediately.

The deliciously awesome fried ice cream is ready to relish..!
