Cappuccino ☕️
So I have a craze of coffee ☕️ and love to have a rich coffee. I sometimes like to visit coffee shops to enjoy my time.. But also love to make beautiful and rich coffee and serve to my husband 😄💕.. Today the weather is just awesome.. Light scattered rain since morning, so I made a creamy rich Cappuccino (my favourite). This one tastes same as we get in those coffee bars!
Tips:
• Use 1 part coffee, 3 parts powdered sugar, 2 parts water.
• Water can be boiling or normal ( doesn’t matter!! )
• Freeze the paste and use it whenever you want. It will stay whipped till one week.

Beat coffee, sugar and water till stiff peaks appear (same like we whip cream). I already had my whipped coffee in my freezer 😋

In a serving mug, add desired whipped coffee (I add 1 1/2 tsp). Then add hot boiled milk from a distance, to make lots of bubbles. Add vanilla essence.

Top with coffee dust and design as you like..
