  • 10-12Green chilles
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly wash the chillies.

    Now in a pan heat the oil and fry slitted chillies from all the sides well.

    Now transfer it to a bowl or plate and sprinkle some salt on it and squeeze lemon on the slit area and mix it.
