Dry roast Dry fruits.. grind them coarsely when they aur cool down.

Dry roast makhanas. Grind them when they aur cool down.

Take parath.mash boiled potatoes well. Add the ingredients along with masalas and mix well.

Make equal balls of the dough and give them desired shape. I have made oval.

Keep oil for frying. And fry them when oil is hot. Put only 2 or 3 at a time depending on the size of kadai. Fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with some chutney or ketchup..
