Steps

In a pot boil brinjals with some water,peel the skin and mash the brinjals.

Now in a pot put season oil and let it heat for sometime until it s rawness fades. Add spring onions and fry.

Now ads ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli flakes and mix.
- 4
Add the mashed bengan and cook it nicely.
- 5
Add imli pulp and cook,now add fresh coriander and serve with chapati or paratha.
