Ingredients

  1. 2big round brinjals
  2. 1/2 cupgreen part of spring onions
  3. 1/4 cupwhite part of spring onions
  4. 1 tbspcrushed red chillies
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 cupimli puli
  8. 2green chillies chopped
  9. Fresh coriander chopped
  10. 1/4 cupOil(I used mustard oil)

  1. 1

    In a pot boil brinjals with some water,peel the skin and mash the brinjals.

  2. 2

    Now in a pot put season oil and let it heat for sometime until it s rawness fades. Add spring onions and fry.

    Now ads ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli flakes and mix.

    Add the mashed bengan and cook it nicely.

    Add imli pulp and cook,now add fresh coriander and serve with chapati or paratha.
