Fried Fish Fillets

#cookpadindia
Absolutely easy and yummy. These are Tilapia Fish Fillets that are deep fried and served with Dalcha by me. Simple common masalas are used in it's marination. Homemade Dry Mango powder or Amchur can be used in place of Lemon juice. It gives a lovely flavour. And not only that, these can be fried very easily and does not take much time. So it's a quick process in all. And serving this delicious fried Fish in Winters is especially an awesome idea. I served this for Dinner and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly with piping hot Rice and Hyderabadi Dalcha.

Steps
- 1
First of all, marinating is important. Rub all the masalas into the Fillets nicely. Leave it overnight in the freezer well covered.
- 2
Next day, remove it out and thaw it before frying. Just keep it aside on the kitchen platform and leave it thaw for 1 hour. After the time, heat Oil for frying on a medium high heat.
- 3
Deep fry these marinated Fillets in batches of 2-3. They doesn't require much frying as these are Fillets and care should be taken while frying them as they can very easily break.
- 4
So do not use much pressure and do so with light hands. And they need to be fried in hot Oil. Otherwise they will absorb a lot of Oil. The temperature should therefore be maintained throughout the process of frying.
- 5
Serve them piping hot immediately. I served them with One Pot Dalcha and plain boiled Rice. Happy Eating!
