Salted Makhana

Heat up heavy bottom pan on low flame and add makhana to it. Dry roast it for 3 to 4 mins on low flame stirring continuously.

Switch off the flame and remove it in a plate.

Heat up the ghee in a same pan on low flame. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.

Add roasted makhana and toss it for a minute or two. Switch off the flame.

Remove in a plate and let it cool down completely. Store in an airtight container and enjoy.
