Make smooth flowing batter in a bowl putting besan,water,salt,chilli powder in it.Keep it aside.

Cut cheese into medium size. Squeeze slices with kitchen towel so that water goes out.Slip the slice into parts and fill mint and onion chutney in it.

Now dip the slice into batter. Heat a pan and put oil in it.

Now deep fry slices until it gets brown. Take it out from the pan and keep it on a tissue paper so that there is no extra oil.

Sprinkle chaat masala on it and serve it with green and tomato sauce.
