Ingredients

Serves 6 servings
  • 8.8 ozdark chocolate (250 grams)
  • 2egg yolks
  • 1/2 cupunsalted butter (125 grams)
  • 3/4 cuppowdered sugar (100 grams)
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Shredded coconut

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then add the butter.

  2. 2

    Remove from heat and mix in the egg yolks and powdered sugar.

  3. 3

    Chill the mixture until it firms up.

  4. 4

    Shape small balls with your hands and roll them in cocoa powder or shredded coconut.
