Sauté Onions and Garlic. A couple of minutes later add the tomatoes and beef mince. Cooked until brown.

Add the chopped carrots and potatoes, then the fish, soy and oyster sauces accordingly to your palate. Balance the taste by adding some sugar and a squirt of tomato purée.

When mixed well, add the chopped bell peppers and chilli flakes as well as the fresh Chillies (nicer chopped finely to release the heat). Switch off heat and seasoned with ground black or white pepper.
