The Wei Li Da Chao Yi Fan series is really delicious! This time, I used the teppanyaki beef flavor. 😋

Boil a pot of water and cook the leafy greens and enoki mushrooms until done.

Heat a frying pan and add the pork belly slices. Fry until the fat is rendered and both sides are golden and crispy. Cut into small pieces. Use the rendered fat to fry a sunny-side-up egg until fragrant. Set aside.

Add the noodles to the frying pan. Add a few spoonfuls of the vegetable cooking water, cover, and steam until the noodles reach your desired softness. Add the sauce packet, cooked leafy greens, and enoki mushrooms. Mix well, plate, and enjoy! ✅
