Making Dough For Kachori

Take 1cup all-purpose flour (maida) and 1/2 cup of wheat flour. 1/2 tablespoon salt or add as required. 3spn oil.

Making Stuffing For Kachori

Add water in parts. Mix and begin to knead the dough.Knead to a semi soft dough. The dough should not be soft like a chapati dough but slightly hard and slightly soft. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Boil tuvar beans and potatoes

Mash the boiled potatoes and tuvar beans

Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a frying pan. Add ½ teaspoon cumin seeds,2 finely chopped green chilli,1spn sesame seeds (til),1/2 spn Grated ginger.

Add mashed potatoes and tuvar beans

Mix well the stuffing and let it cool

Shaping And Making Kachori

Knead the dough again and pinch 7 to 8 balls. With your palms roll in meat balls and keep covered aside.

Take each dough ball and roll in to a circle

Place the stuffing in the center of the rolled dough and give the shape you want.

Make all the kachories

Fry in oil till it gets golden brown

Serve it with ketchup
