Firstly take Onion cut into Cubes, Tomatoes Cut into Cubes, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies afterwards take a Kadhai or Pan add any Cooking Oil/Mustard Oil heat for 2 min then fry Onion Cubes, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies for 5 min then add Tomatoes cubes fry for 5-7 mins.

Now take fresh Spinach Wash it, Squeeze it and Cut it and keep aside.After Cooking Onion, Tomatoes Now add Spinach and Cook for 5 to 7 min.

After Cooking Spinach Onion Masala make it dry and put it into the mixing jar and make a smooth paste.

Now again take a Kadhai or Pan add Any Cooking Oil heat for 2 min then add Cumin Seeds,Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom heat for 2 min then put Onion Spinach Paste into it and cook for 15 to 20 min till the oil retain over surface then mix all the Masala Turmeric Powder 1 Spoon,Red Chilli Powder 1 Spoon, Cumin Powder 1 Spoon, Coriander Powder 1 Spoon mix well cook for 5 min.

After frying all the Masala put Salt to taste, Paneer Sliced into it and mix well and Cook for 5 to 7 min while cooking cover the lid.

Now your Delicious Hyderabadi Paneer Masala is Ready to Enjoy with Roti Paratha or Naan
