Cooking Instructions

Wash and dry the Carrot/Gajar grate them with grater
- 2
Now take a non-stick pan and add ghee to the grated Carrot
- 3
Saute for 2-3 minutes now add milk to the pan
- 4
Mix them well and cook them for about 10mins in semi medium flame till the milk absorb the carrot thoroughly, later add sugar to the mixture

Cook them properly for around 10-12 minutes until sugar get absorbed and it thickens properly with Carrot and milk.

The colour seems changed like orangish add Cardamon powder, Saffron petels and dry fruits to taste them more yummy

The delicious dessert is ready to serve 😋
