2 servings

200 gramsPork
5to 6 small ones Turnips
1 tbspSoy sauce
2 tspSake
1 tbspSugar
1 dashDashi stock granules
1 dashSesame oil

Steps

Rub a small amount of soy sauce and katakuriko into the pork and set aside. This tenderizes the meat.

Fry the pork and turnips in sesame oil. Once cooked through. add soy sauce, sake, sugar, and dashi. Add a bit at a time while testing the flavor.
