Quick and easy appetizer croissants for the holidays.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 8 triangles.

Spread goat cheese over each triangle (no need to go all the way to the tip to prevent overflow when rolling).

Place half a slice of prosciutto on each triangle.

Spread pesto evenly over each triangle.
- 5
Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end toward the tip.

Brush with egg yolk for a golden finish.

Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Enjoy!

Tip: You can make these ahead and freeze them. On the day of serving, reheat for 5 to 10 minutes.
