Ingredients

15-30 minutes max

2-4 people

1 cupPlain Flour
1 tbspBaking Powder

4 tbspOlive Oil or 2 tbsp Oil and 2 tbsp Melted Butter

15-30 minutes max

Sift all the dry ingredients.

Add the wet ingredients.

Mix and pour into baking cups.

Steam for 11 minutes or when the top is a bit cooked.

Then add Cheese or Salted Duck Eggs 😉😁.

Steam for another 5 minutes or until ready and cooked.
