Ingredients

15-30 minutes max
2-4 people
  • 1 cupPlain Flour
  • 1 tbspBaking Powder
  • 1/4 cupSugar (I always halved the amount of sugar in any recipe). But if you like sweetest, please put 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cupany Skimmed Powdered Milk
  • 4 tbspOlive Oil or 2 tbsp Oil and 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 CupWater or Milk
  • 1Egg

Steps

15-30 minutes max
  1. 1

    Sift all the dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add the wet ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mix and pour into baking cups.

    Steam for 11 minutes or when the top is a bit cooked.

  5. 5

    Then add Cheese or Salted Duck Eggs 😉😁.

    Steam for another 5 minutes or until ready and cooked.
