Combined dry ingredients aata +baking powder+baking soda + salt + sugar into a bowl and strain for two times.

Mix refined oil, then mix curd, then mix malai.

Now mix milk in baches and make batter if required add some more milk.

At last mix vanilla essence and tutti fruity.

Put batter into a greased bowl.

Bake in pre heated cooker for 40-45 min in low flame.

After 35 to 40 min check with toothpick.

Tasty aata chake will be ready demold after some cool.
