Steps

Mix all the flour and dosa batter with salt and sugar

Add water to make a thin batter. Then add jeera seeds, black pepper seeds, green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves.

Mix well and leave it for one or two hours.

Heat dosa pan. Keep it in high flame and start pouring the batter from the edges towards the center.

Pour little ghee and oil. Cook till the bottom turns golden brown. Flip the side leave it for few seconds and remove it from the pan and plate it.

Serve it with coconut chutney and sambar.
