6-7boiled potatoes
Quarter cup all-purpose flour
1 table spooncrispy fried chicken
Water for making batter
2 table spoonCornflour
Oil for frying
1 cupvermicelli
2 tablespoonrice flour

Half tablespoon salt
Half tablespoon coriander powder

Boiled the potatoes and then mash it properly then add red chilli powder,green chillies,coriander powder and salt in potatoes

Now to make a batter add water gradually in all-purpose flour until it becomes thick now add knorr crispy fried in and cornflour in it now put the batter aside

Now make round balls of potatoes and make a deep hole in it with the help of your thumb so that it will look like a nest

Now dip potato nest in batter and then in vermicelli

Fry it on medium flame

To make eggs for decoration purpose make small eggs of potatoes and coat it with rice flour to give it white colour
