Take both the flour in a mixing bowl and aad the oil to it..

Add cardamom powder..

Add salt..

Add the jaggery powder...

Add grated coconut..

Then mix it..

And knead a hard dough with the help of milk..

Then heat oil in a kadhai.. (Do not overheat the oil otherwise your tikiyas will remain uncooked from inside..)

When the oil is hot enough take a small portion of the dough(dust your hands with some refined flour..) and make a small ball of it..

Press it with your hands and give it a shape as shown in the pic👇🏻

Make all your tikiyas like this and fry..

Fry till they become golden from both the sides..

Then take them out of the oil... And your bajre ki tikiya is ready to serve..

You can store it in an airtight container for 8-10 days..
