Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgreen peas(vatana)
  2. 1 cupflat beans (surti papdi)
  3. 1 cupgreen Pigeon peas(Tuvar)
  4. 1/2 cupgreen chick peas(lila chana)
  5. 1 tablespooncauliflower peaces
  6. 1tomato
  7. 1raw banana(kacha kela) optional
  8. 1 table spoongreen Garlic
  9. 1 teaspoonginger chillie paste
  10. 1 tablespoongratedcoconut
  11. as per tastechilli powder
  12. 2 teaspoonCumin & corienderpowder (dhanya jeeru)
  13. 2 teaspoonspoon Garam masala
  14. 1/2 teaspoonspoon turmeric powder(haldar)
  15. per tasteSalt
  16. 2 tablespoonjaggery& imlys chutney
  17. 3 tablespoonoil
  18. 1/2 teaspoonhing
  19. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  20. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  21. 1 table spoonseasam seeds
  22. For muthia :
  23. 1/2 cup besan
  24. 1/4 cup broken wheat flour(lapshino lot)
  25. 1/4 cupwheat flour
  26. 1 cupchoppad fenugreek leaves(Methi bhaji)
  27. 1 tablespoonoil
  28. 1 teaspoonchili powder
  29. One teaspoon coriander and cumin powder
  30. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder(haldar)
  31. as per tasteSalt
  32. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a oil in big pen.Add a cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing. When mustard seeds crackers add a Green peas pigeon peas, chick peas,raw bananas peace and flat beans. Stirring and covered cook till 3 minutes on medium flame. After 3 minutes open a panand add all masalas, coconut and jaggery imly chutney. seaued1 minute.Than add a 5 cup boiling water.

    Take a all muthias ingredients in the bowl and mixed well..Add some water for kneeding soft dough. Make a small ball in this dough.

    Add the all balls in boiling curry. Stirring occasionally until cooking10 minutes. close the gas. Gujarati Undhiyu ready. Garnished with tomato, seasam seeds & Coriander leaves.
