Cooking Instructions

Heat a oil in big pen.Add a cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing. When mustard seeds crackers add a Green peas pigeon peas, chick peas,raw bananas peace and flat beans. Stirring and covered cook till 3 minutes on medium flame. After 3 minutes open a panand add all masalas, coconut and jaggery imly chutney. seaued1 minute.Than add a 5 cup boiling water.

Take a all muthias ingredients in the bowl and mixed well..Add some water for kneeding soft dough. Make a small ball in this dough.

Add the all balls in boiling curry. Stirring occasionally until cooking10 minutes. close the gas. Gujarati Undhiyu ready. Garnished with tomato, seasam seeds & Coriander leaves.
